The job


As Personal Assistant/Secretary to the Partners, you will offer full secretarial and administrative support including diary and travel management, extensive audio typing, vehicle management, professional correspondence, note taking etc. You will have considerable client contact and a confident and professional telephone manner is of utmost importance.

 

What you'll need


Experience in a PA or Secretary role within professional services

Extensive knowledge of the rural property sector strongly desired

Exceptional organisational abilities

An exemplary telephone manner

A good understanding of the geography of Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex

A proactive nature and ability to prioritise your own workload

Excellent typing skills

A good sense of humour

A full UK driving licence due to location

 

Where you'll be based


The offices are based close to Bramford, Suffolk, in a rural location close to the A14.

 

What you'll receive


- £30,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent on experience

- Full time employment, working 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, office-based

- Closed over Christmas
