The job


As Pastry Chef de Partie you will work alongside the Head Pastry Chef to create exceptional desserts for our 2AA rosette restaurant and wedding venue. You'll have a great opportunity to make your mark and contribute to the exciting future success of the business.

 

What you'll need


Preferably 2 years pastry experience in a restaurant kitchen

A natural inclination towards excellence in every detail

Ambitious and knowledgeable, with a desire to bring ideas to the table

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

 

Where you'll be based


The hotel is based on the outskirts of Hadleigh in beautiful rural south Suffolk

 

What you'll receive


- £27,000 - £29,000 per annum dependent on experience

- Full time employment, working 48 hours per week on a rota basis

- Tips equating to approx. £3k per annum

- Accommodation available at a cost of £300 per month inclusive of bills

- Staff discount

- 28 days annual leave
