A 36 bedroom hotel and golf club with superb restaurant and excellent local reputation
Your primary area of focus will be the food & beverage service, supporting and motivating the team to establish and maintain a 'customer first' culture. You will ensure that all opportunities to increase F&B sales are taken, whilst maintaining levels of service expected to ensure a great customer experience. You'll also work closely with the events team to deliver exceptional events to our members and leisure guests.
You will support the General Manager in overall management of the business, taking full responsibility for the operation in their absence.
What you'll need
Experience in a service-centred role, preferably as AGM, Restaurant Manager, or F&B Manager
Understanding of exemplary levels of service
Experience in events management an advantage
Experience and understanding of the administrative side of a hospitality business
Excellent people management skills
