The company


Hillfarm Oils produces cold-pressed rapeseed oil from their family farm in Heveningham. It is part of a diverse, family-run group of farming businesses in rural Suffolk, including traditional arable farming, a broiler chicken farm, and a solar park.

 

The job


As Office & Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for Hillfarm customers when enquiring about our products and services. You'll initiate, develop, and maintain customer relationships; prepare, submit and follow up quotations; process orders; and proactively contact existing and inactive customers to inform them of new products and generate additional business.

The office is incredibly friendly and a great environment for someone willing to muck in with the team.

 

What you'll need


A good, confident telephone manner

Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines

A positive attitude and strong teamworking skills

Good attention to detail

A full UK driving licence due to rural location

 

Where you'll be based


The modern offices are based on the family farm in Heveningham, Suffolk

 

What you'll receive


- £16,250 per annum

- Part time hours working Monday-Friday 9:30am-2:30pm

- A full UK driving licence due to location

- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
