As Office Manager and Personal Assistant you will offering administrative and planning support to five professional colleagues, including diary and travel management, office administration, reviewing and proofreading documents, monitoring online planning portals, facilities admin, project management, research, and more. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and professional team and become a real lynchpin in the future success of the business.

 

What you'll need


Minimum of 3 years experience in a PA or Secretarial administration role

A keen eye for detail and methodical and process way of working

Exceptional organisational abilities and IT skills

An exemplary telephone manner

A proactive nature and ability to prioritise your own workload

Excellent typing and proofreading skills

An interest in property an advantage

A full UK driving licence due to location

 

Where you'll be based


The offices are based nearby Thurston, Suffolk, in a rural location close to the A14.

 

What you'll receive


- £27,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience

- Full time employment, working 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, office-based

- A close-knit professional working environment

- 33 days annual leave

- Onsite parking
