The job


As Office Manager, you will provide complete administrative support to the existing team of four, allowing them to focus on delivering an exemplary service to their clients. Your role will encompass basic HR duties; financial administration and banking; programming, planning, and resourcing; quality assurance; PA duties, minute taking, and diary management; marketing and PR; office, IT, and premises administration; data protection, compliance, and insurances; responding to work enquiries and appointment documentation; attending client meetings; and so much more!

 

What you'll need


An exceptional administrator with the ability to prioritise your own workload

Utter discretion and confidentiality due to access to financial, client and HR information

A polite manner with good written, verbal and people skills

Remarkable organisational abilities and efficiency.

Ability to complete given tasks with autonomy and little supervision

A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.

 

Where you'll be based


The office is based in Southwold, Suffolk

 

What you'll receive


- £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (full time equivalent)

- Part time preferably 3 days per week with flexibility on how this is worked, including 5 shorter days

- 28 days holiday including bank holidays (fte)
