As Office Coordinator, you will provide full administrative support to the head office, wider estate, and group companies. Your role will encompass many PA and office management duties including, but no limited to; supporting directors with commercial transactions, including liaising with professional stakeholders; diary management and travel arrangements; producing presentations and spreadsheets; property management; management of archive storage; and induction of new starters.
The team is small and the office can be quiet, this role will suit a real 'doer' who is happy to prioritise their own workload with little supervision, keeping themselves busy with the wide variety of tasks at hand.
What you'll need
Positive and proactive, with a proven track record of administration work
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as email
Exemplary telephone manner and high level of professionalism
Excellent organisational skills
Trustworthy and discreet
A Full UK driving licence and own transport due to rural location
Where you'll be based
The Heathpatch offices are based at Dairy Farm in Semer, Suffolk. The office can, at times, be quite quiet so the resilience to work alone is required.
What you'll receive
- £28,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Monday-Friday working week
- Office hours of 8:30am-5:30pm with some flexibility/shorter hours possible
- Company pension
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
