Wilderness Reserve, Suffolk


The company


Wilderness Reserve is a collection of 28 exclusive Cottages, Barns, Farmhouses and Manors, remotely located throughout an 8,000 acre private estate of rolling pastures, lakes and woodland.  These together with a number of events for corporates, private celebration parties and a limited number of three day wedding parties, attract guests from all over the world (we expect over 20,000 visitors in 2024).

 

The estate has been encouraging English nature for the past 30 years and have improved their habitat with the restoration of existing woodland, planting new forests, restoring numerous ponds, building new lakes, planting tens of kilometres of hedges and reverting several thousand acres of arable into pastures.

 

The job


We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic school leavers and graduates to join us.  The initial training period is for 12 months, thereafter you will be given the choice to focus on a specific role and career path within Wilderness Reserve.

 

What you'll need


No previous experience required but must be passionate about people and forging a career in hospitality

An inspiring work ethic – we need people that raise the bar around them.

It is important that you are well-presented and courteous, in order to deliver an exemplary service to our guests.

A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.

 

Where you'll be based


Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.

 

What you'll receive


- £27,000 per annum

- Employed role (permanent contract)

- Working on a rota basis Monday-Sunday between 7am and 10pm

- A fast-paced, ever changing work environment to thrive and develop your career at the highest end of hospitality
