The job
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen operation, delivering traditional, honest pub food delivered to a great standard using local high quality ingredients. You'll oversee a brigade of three and be responsible for costings, ordering, plus lots of menu autonomy from a supportive owner.
What you'll need
Experience as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef cooking good, honest, pub food
Passionate about food, drink, and hospitality
Where you'll be based
The Woolpack is located in North Ipswich, close to Christchurch Park
What you'll receive
- £36,000 - £40,000 per annum basic salary dependent on experience
- Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
