A prominent 4-star hotel an 2AA rosette restaurant located in Southwold town centre within walking distance of the beach.
As Guest Services Manager you will take responsibility for the front office and lounges, supervising and leading a team of Butlers and Receptionists to deliver an exemplary service to our guests. Whilst most reservations are handled by a central team your focus will be on the front of house operation.
What you'll need
Experience in a service-centred role, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
Understanding of exemplary levels of service
A commitment to creating an exemplary guest experience
Where you'll be based
The hotel is based in the centre of Southwold, within waking distance of the beach.
What you'll receive
- £30,000 per annum
- Permanent employment c.45 hours per week
- Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota, between 7am and 11pm
