As Guest Service Advisor you will cover a wide range of property management responsibilities as part of a close-knit team, including liaising with prospective tenants by phone and email, processing bookings, liaising with owners and resolving any issues or problems that may arise, creating arrival envelopes, monitoring check-ins/check-outs, completing property checks, and much more.

Where you'll be based
The office is based in Southwold in a town centre location.
What you'll receive
- £23,500 - £24,500 per annum dependent on experience
- Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm with the occasional weekend day (time off in lieu provided)
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
