A traditional, charming country pub and restaurant, serving real ales with a traditional British menu using local, freshly prepared produce. Part of a wider group of local hospitality venues with exciting growth ambitions and environmental and sustainability targets.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the pub, leading and inspiring staff, and come up with and implement ideas to further embed the pub at the heart of the village. You will establish yourself as a pillar of the community, being at the centre of all the good things that happen at the pub, including hosting the local pub quiz! You'll also be passionate about reducing the environmental impact of the pub and work towards meeting the groups carbon zero target.

Experience in either a managerial or supervisor position within the hospitality industry

Where you'll be based
The charming country pub is based in a small village close to Monks Eleigh and Kersey in South Suffolk.

- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
