The job
As Front of House Manager you will oversee our team of front of house staff and ensure the smooth operation of our food and beverage department. You'll lead and motivate a team made up of hosts, servers, and bartenders, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of service and ensuring that all front of house staff are knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and beverage offerings, conducting regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and ensure consistent service quality.
You'll collaborate with hosts, sales reps, and chefs to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front and back of house teams, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain efficient operations.
Additional duties will include stock management, shift scheduling, and staff time management.
What you'll need
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.
Where you'll be based
Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.
What you'll receive
- £35,000 per annum
- Employed role (permanent contract)
- Working 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends, as the business requires

- 28 days annual leave (bank holidays to be taken in lieu if worked)
