The job


Here at Wilderness Reserve we are passionate about serving memorable moments for every one of our guests and as Food & Beverage Manager you will embody that passion.

You'll be overseeing the service function during corporate events, private functions and weddings, ensuring our front of house staff are delivering the highest levels of service whilst leading by example.

Enthusiastic about service & hospitality with an exceptional working knowledge of the correct order of service.

Committed to setting only the highest standards.

Commercially-minded and able to lead, grow, and enhance a large professional team.

An excellent team player with a positive and lively attitude.

An inspiring work ethic – we need people that raise the bar around them.

Poise and sophistication to deliver an elegant and personalised service to our guests, whilst adding a touch of personality and theatre to their experience.

It is important that you are well-presented and courteous, in order to deliver an exemplary service to our guests.

A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.

 

Where you'll be based


Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.

 

What you'll receive


- £35,000 - £38,000 per annum dependent on experience

- Employed role (permanent contract)

- Working 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends, as the business requires

- A fast-paced, ever changing work environment to thrive and develop your career at the highest end of hospitality

- 28 days annual leave (bank holidays to be taken in lieu if worked)

- Stunning working location in the Suffolk countryside
