The job

As F&B Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our food & beverage operations, including menu printing, writing, staff training, event planning and execution, maintaining high service standards, and managing stock inventory and ordering.

You'll collaborate with management to design and update menus, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer preferences. i.e. tailored wedding breakfast menus, seasonal menu implementation etc.

You'll help to develop and implement SOPs for food and beverage service, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all operations as well as conduct regular staff training sessions to ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain a high level of service.

Excitingly, you'll assist Event Coordinators in planning and executing guest events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions, while ensuring that all food and beverage offerings meet quality standards and are presented in an attractive manner.

This role offers valuable hands-on experience and the chance to develop a diverse skill set in hospitality management, event planning, and operational efficiency.


What you'll need

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hospitality or catering environment.

Knowledge of menu planning, food safety standards, and industry trends is desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to deliver the highest quality of service to all guests.

A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.

Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.


What you'll receive

- £27,000 per annum

- Employed role (permanent contract)

- Working 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends, as the business requires

- Be part of a team that plans, runs, and delivers high-quality service to large-scale weddings and corporate bookings:

- Exposure to all aspects of event management, from initial planning and logistics coordination to on-site execution and guest satisfaction.

- Develop skills in problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- 28 days annual leave (bank holidays to be taken in lieu if worked)

- Stunning working location in the Suffolk countryside
