The job
As Food & Beverage Manager you will manage and oversee all aspects of F&B service and procedures in all areas of the hotel, managing, motivating and supporting the team to optimise all opportunities to increase food and liquor sales whilst maintaining exceptional service levels.
What you'll need
Experienced F&B Manager within a hotel setting, preferably within a 2AA rosette standard restaurant
Experience of delivering an afternoon tea service
Understanding of exemplary levels of service
Delivery of F&B for large events and weddings
Experience and understanding of the administrative side of a hospitality business
Excellent people management skills

The hotel is based in Lavenham, Suffolk

- £38,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on experience
