Here at Wilderness Reserve we are passionate about serving memorable moments for every one of our guests and our farm shop staff need to embody that passion.
Day-to-day you’ll be greeting our guests and ensuring every customer experience is an excellent one, managing the Barista area, preparing and packing sweet orders along with our local produce range, continually monitor stock levels of supplies and confectionery, maintain cleanliness across the shop and ensuring the ambience is set ready for our guests’ arrival. An eye for detail and presentation is essential.
In addition to this, you will be assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in trialling new local produce and creating new food & beverage offerings for the farm shop, as well as writing staff rotas, and placing orders for our events team as required.
What you'll need
A strong background in hospitality
You will be enthusiastic about service and hospitality, exceptionally organised and committed to setting only the highest standards.
An excellent team player with a positive and lively attitude
An inspiring work ethic – we need people that raise the bar around them.
You will often need to multitask, therefore a hard-working attitude is key.
Barista experience is a bonus.
It is important that you are well-presented and courteous, in order to deliver an exemplary service to our guests.
A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.

Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings. Our farm shop is based in Heveningham at our Chapel Barn Estate
What you'll receive
- £26,000 per annum
- A 40 hour working week working on a rota either 7am-3pm or 3pm-10pm
