The company


A 15th century, former coaching inn and 3 AA Rosette restaurant set in the Suffolk village of Bildeston, one of the historic Suffolk ‘wool towns’. Part of a wider group of local hospitality venues with exciting growth ambitions and environmental and sustainability targets.

 

The job


You will support the Head Chef in the running of kitchen operations, using produce grown on the estate and helping to create menus to reflect seasonal produce. You'll also be passionate about reducing the environmental impact of the kitchen and work towards meeting the groups carbon zero target.

 

What you'll need


Passion. In abundance. We value attitude over experience.

Ideally you'll have worked as a CDP, however we are also interested in Commis or Demi-CDP who are passionate about food and keen to learn.

- £24,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience
