The job
As Business Development Manager you'll collaborate with outstanding hospitality businesses in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets, cultivating and managing key accounts while fostering lasting business relationships.
You'll be responsible for strategically expanding business through effective networking and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, earning trust through consistently excellent customer service - no cold calling, or hard selling here although it is a results driven role with commission to reflect this. There will be global travel involved, a minimum of six times per year but with the opportunity to do more.
What you'll need
Proven expertise in B2B sales or account management - a real sales 'doer'
Experience within the hospitality industry a great advantage
Ambitious and tenacious
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; adept in written and verbal communication.
Proficient in influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and determined individual.
Experience managing multiple projects with sharp attention to detail.
Where you'll be based
The offices are based close to Martlesham, Suffolk
What you'll receive
- A salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Realistic first year commission of £5,000 - £8,000
- Working week Monday-Friday, working 37 hours per week
- Structured approach to career progression with regular reviews.
