The job
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team.
Working in a busy, well-organised kitchen, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality, fresh dishes in a popular countryside setting. As part of a close-knit team that values standards, good communication, and a shared passion for food.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the smooth running of the kitchen, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and continue developing your skills in a professional environment.
At The Guinness Arms, you’ll be part of a stable and supportive team within a respected estate, with clear structure, opportunities to progress, and the chance to work with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
What you'll need
Minimum of 1 years experience in a professional kitchen
Friendly, punctual, and reliable
A real team player
Own transport due to location

The Guinness Arms is located in the village of Icklingham, West Suffolk
What you'll receive
£32,000 per annum
Share of the tips equating to £200-£300 per month
Four day working week, 46 hours per week
