The job

As Payroll, HR, & H&S Administrator you will support the HR Director with administration tasks across multiple functions. You'll record & prepare employee timesheet data for payroll processing, address payroll related queries from employees, and record employee expense data. HR tasks will involve supporting recruitment processes, managing employee records, and implementation of HR policies.
You will also attend health & safety meetings and record and distribute minutes, maintain H&S documentation, and coordinate training for employees.
This is a busy role which will require a strong level of initiative and supporting colleagues with an ever-increasing and exciting workload.

What you'll need

Experienced administrator with a proactive approach to your working day
Excellent attention to detail & a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & multi-task.
Experience of payroll, HR, and health & safety an advantage
Full driving licence and transport due to location

Where you'll be based

The offices are based in a rural location south of Bungay, Suffolk

What you'll receive

£27,000 - £29,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (4 days considered)
