The job

As HR & Recruitment Coordinator you will provide day-to-day HR operations whilst supporting recruitment efforts across the business.
You'll coordinate recruitment activities, provide administrative support across key HR areas, and ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience.
You'll prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts, ensure that all candidates meet legal requirements, assist with the onboarding of new hires including coordinating the first day and ensuring all logistics are in place.
HR activities will include maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and assisting with performance management processes, handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures; and assisting with audits and reporting on compliance matters as needed.

What you'll need

Minimum of two years experience in an HR role
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels.
Understanding of UK employment law with the ability to ensure compliance at all levels.
A self-starter with the ability to anticipate the needs of the team and contribute to HR projects.
Full driving licence and transport due to rural location

Where you'll be based

The venue is in a rural location close to Bruisyard, Suffolk and the role is office-based (no hybrid working offered)

What you'll receive

£35,000 - £38,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working week of Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Stunning working location
28 days holiday inclusive on bank holidays
