As Guest Experience Manager you will hold a dynamic role encompassing operational detail, guest experience, events, brand presentation, and site management.

You’ll be responsible for perfecting the guests' journey throughout their stay, being on hand to organise extra services as well as the setting up and delivery of pre-planned activities ranging from an intimate dinner party to carefully curated bespoke events.

You will be proactive in ensuring that the property and grounds are at all times beautifully presented in order that guests, who range from visiting families to corporate and PR events with incredible brands, are offered an exceptional service. You’ll schedule internal and external resources such as housekeeping and laundry and be hands-on with the management of the site

You’ll demonstrate strong taste and brand awareness for Restaries, with an understanding of what feels culturally relevant and on-point, using it to capture and upload content to social media channels.

This is a hugely varied role and you must be willing and capable to contribute across the whole business – from managing high-profile guests and events, to keeping the site tidy and wearing many hats, but it is a role that comes with autonomy and the opportunity to grow with the business and it’s passionate owners.
